    The information was easy to read and to understand

    The information was easy to read and to understand. But print was large and the info part I read in 10 minutes. Rest of it is recipes which may be good. But I wanted more infor. More lists of foods I could and could not eat. More detail. So I thought the price was a bit high for the content.

    Gluten-free diet for wellness and vibrant health.

    I remember when I did a research about Celiac disease when I was in college, that is actually when I was able to have a better insight or understanding on how too much gluten affects us mentally and physically. I thought, it was really serious and it is important to eat the right diet. It was kind of difficult to look for gluten-free products before but I am glad as years pass by and as more and more people are becoming aware of the benefits of having a gluten-free diet, that more gluten-free food/products are produced and sold in the market. I am not gluten sensitive but the benefits of gluten-free diet is enough to convince me to incorporate some of the recipes to my menu daily. Good book, very informative, organized and helpful. I recommend it to individuals who are suffering from diseases caused by too much gluten and anyone who are looking for enticing and healthy recipes.
