Excellent story so far

Just finished reading and again had a hard time putting this one down. Hopefully "Love" will be the same. Excellent story so far!!!

Book 1.2 Power

Book 1 in J. Durky's series Fallen ends with a split decision and Dursky has written a book for each route. Admittedly, it's hard not to read both just out of curiosity's sake, but my preference was Power and though I would say Love and Power were equally good, I still had to go the route that I believed would be packed with more action and this did not disappoint. It's hard not to read this book and imagine yourself as the main character saving the world. It's written well and the story is unique, but it also reads as a save-the-world fantasy.
A lot of elements make this book work. Many characters trying to pull together, on a journey with high stakes and ultimately, finding it within themselves to learn to use the most of their potential along the way. Five stars. Looking forward to the next in the series.
