Growing up in Central Jersey, I had spent many summers vacationing at the Jersey Shore. This beautiful colorful cookbook would make a perfect gift for those who enjoy and savor the taste of the Jersey Shore. I have many happy memories of going to Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant Beach, Sandy Hook, Belmar, and Atlantic City. Each shore town has its own unique character.
The Breakfasts section includes recipes like Eggs Oscar; The Jersey Guy Breakfast Club Sandwich; The Brunchwich Pork Roll; Grilled Jersey Peaches with Greek Yogurt and Granola; Blueberry Scones; and Jersey Cakes.
The Starters and Sides section includes recipes like Allagash Steamers; Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes; Brie en Croute; Cajun Shrimp and Grits and Oysters Gratinee.
